Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full or partial refund (if applicable). IMPORTANT: Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Sale or discounted items are considered final sales and cannot be returned for store credit or refunded to the original form of payment. If the refund request is approved, a refund will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee plus the shipping cost. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive your item(s) in the condition stated above, we will process your refund immediately and notify you. The refund will be issued to the payment method used for your purchase and should reflect in your account within 10-12 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Items for medical or personal care are non-returnable. For refund inquiries, please email support@resnovagallery.com. If your refund cannot be fully processed due to merchant issues, it will only be issued via bank transfer. We do not issue refunds via CashApp, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, Venmo, or similar services.

Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds

Once a return is initiated, items must arrive at our warehouse within 10 days. We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving used, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

Exchanges

We are unable to accommodate exchanges, except in very limited circumstances, as we cannot ensure the item required will be available when returned items arrive back at the warehouse.

Returns Shipping Cost Exceptions

For apparel and clothing items only: If you ordered the wrong size or wish to return it for any reason, you will be charged the return cost plus a 30% restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking fees will be deducted. Before completing your purchase, please review the sizing chart to order the correct size.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If you receive a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item for a replacement or full refund. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or canceled.
